Cheif Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society, the famous Sikh Organization established Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School Tarn Taran in 1973. It is co-educational Institute which was the distinction of being the first English Medium School in region obtaining affiliation of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.
