VAN MAHOTSAV - “Plant a tree today for a better tomorrow”

Van Mahotsav, which is celebrated every year in the month of July, was started by Dr. K. M.Munshi in 1950. Today, this day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School,Tarn Taran. Mr. Davinder Kumar (Range Officer), S.Manjinder Singh (Block Officer), S.Gulab Singh (Block Officer),S.Inderbir Singh (Forest Guard) were present as the Chief guests. A colorful programme was presented by the students of the school who presented poems ,speeches and choreography.
